Engineering is FUN!!!
We just tested our mobile manipulator prototype at ActiveSpace Automation headquarters. It’s basically a Kassow Cobot on top of a ActiveSpace AGV1, a Barret Hand and a remote application that enables the user to ask the system to pick and place parts. Check videos bellow. The system was designed, modeled and simulated using the 3D package Solid Edge from Siemens.
